The Perfect Location for your Elopement

Overlooking the sun kissed vineyards of the Napa Valley, in the dress you've always dreamed of, your future husband is awaiting your arrival. The two of you have decided that this is not a day of grand spectacle, but an intimate celebration of the joy you have found, and the commitment you will cherish.

The Wine Country Inn, the first Bed and Breakfast Inn in the Napa Valley, has the perfect elopement setting. For the last 32 years The Inn has been known as a place for quiet renewal. The staff at The Inn, like the grapes all around them, has been hand-picked and personally nurtured into a comforting blend of efficiency and friendliness that allows you to forget about the details of this most important day and simply enjoy the moment. Since we specialize in only very small weddings, you won't get lost in the shuffle.

Elopement/Vow Renewal/Commitment Ceremony Package

$2,805 - $2,955 plus taxes

Start with the setting. Two nights' lodging in one of The Inn's three luxurious Vineyard Cottages set within a champagne cork's flight of the vines. Photos and descriptions abound if you follow the above link.

The ceremony will be conducted on your own cottage patio overlooking the vines. An Arrival Bouquet of fresh seasonal flowers will welcome you to this special interlude. On the day of the ceremony the minister and photographer will arrive with your wedding bouquet, boutonniere, flower topped cake, champagne for toasting, and can even stand in as your witness if needed. Our minister has a civil or non-denominational ceremony to choose from, or you can write your own vows. After the vows, you will enjoy the cake cutting and champagne toast by popping the cork into the vineyards.

You will then be invited to walk the lush grounds of the Inn to take even more photos to commemorate the day. A Keepsake Photo Album, with 40 - 60 beautiful photographs will be sent to you two or three weeks after the ceremony. Those same photos will be available on-line for convenient reorder of copies or enlargements.

Then, without a drive to the airport and a five-hour flight to wherever, your honeymoon has begun. Our knowledgeable staff can help you arrange special dinners, spa treatments, balloon rides, wine tasting, estate tours, or you can just hang out by our pool and daydream about the wondrous new life you have just begun.

Add-Ons

Special Package - Our vineyard cottages book up well in advance. However, do not fear. If we are unable to book you into one of these special cottages we have two other wonderful cottages as well as an assortment of suites for you to choose from. Since the experience is not quite as grand, certain discounts may apply.

Special Flower Arrangements: Market Price
If you would like special colors or varieties of flowers in any of the included arrangements, your wedding coordinator will do her best to arrange for special-order flowers that are fresh and in season, and to your specifications. Fortunately, she was a florist for many years, so she will be able to advise you with expertise.

Special Guests: $40 per person.
Your package comes with enough cake and champagne for toasting for yourselves and two guests. If you would like more attendees, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 more friends (a total of twelve guests). The cost covers a larger cake, more toasting champagne and the added photography time and extra prints necessary to include all of your friends and family into the celebration.

Private Appetizer Reception: $15 per person, including bride and groom
Any guests of the Inn are welcome to enjoy the Evening Wine and Appetizers we host every day from 4:30 until 6:00. However, if you would like similar simple appetizers brought to your room we can do that as well. We also have a wonderful wine list you can order from with prices ranging from $18 to $50 per bottle.

Special Photography: Market Price
Our photographer is very experienced, and the Package includes a wonderful Keepsake Album with many fantastic shots. If you would like further enlargement, copies or a digital CD, or if you would like a photographer to come early or stay late, all of that can be arranged.
