Oysters and Port
What? Oysters and port? Yes! We love the port from our friends at Prager Port. And yes, they have a white port that goes great with oysters. So we’re doing an oyster tasting and port pairing that you’ll have to taste to believe.
The famed (in these parts) Hog Island Oyster Company will be providing fresh, succulent oysters. Hog Island, which has been farming high-quality oysters since 1983, is located on the Pacific Coast approximately 50 miles north of San Francisco (it’s about a 90 minute drive from the inn, should you want to visit the farm and the pristine waters of Tomales Bay).
In addition to oysters and port, our own Chef Guy will be providing a light lunch of salads, dips, and other goodies.
